Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor based in Pune, with some flexibility for remote work. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site activities, ensuring timely project execution while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, adhering to project timelines, monitoring work progress, troubleshooting site issues, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and construction management
• Strong knowledge of interior design and space planning principles
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• Prior experience in managing residential or commercial interior projects is an advantage
