Job Description:

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with 2+ Years Experience in Interior Design is a Must to oversee and manage interior project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring on-site work is carried out efficiently, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage interior design project execution at various sites.
• Ensure that designs are implemented as per approved layouts and specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for seamless workflow.
• Monitor project progress, ensure timely completion, and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee material procurement, inventory, and on-site resource allocation.
• Address and resolve any site-related issues or challenges in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain daily reports on project status, site activities, and work schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision within the interior design industry (is a must).
• Strong knowledge of interior design materials, construction techniques, and on-site execution processes.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding CAD drawings, blueprints, and project plans.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
