Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Greater Noida, Sector 157. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, manage on-site teams, and ensure projects align with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising workflows, coordinating with contractors and engineers, maintaining quality control, and ensuring timely project completion. The role also involves record-keeping, enforcing safety protocols, and resolving on-site challenges.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site supervision, construction management, and project coordination
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications
  • Strong knowledge of quality control, safety procedures, and compliance standards
  • Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for effective on-site management
  • Ability to oversee multi-disciplinary teams and liaise with contractors
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus
  • Experience in industrial or infrastructure development projects is an advantage
