Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and adherence to project timelines and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating labor and resources, supervising construction activities, resolving on-site challenges, conducting quality checks, and maintaining proper documentation and compliance with regulations. The role requires active communication with clients and the team providing updates on progress.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise and coordinate on-site activities.
• Practical knowledge of safety practices, compliance regulations, and quality assurance processes in construction environments.
• Proven ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution on-site.
• Experience in managing resources, labor allocation, and project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in construction or site management software tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with the Bengaluru area is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
