VMC OPERATOR

This is a full-time, on-site role for a VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator located in Bengaluru. The VMC Operator will be responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining VMC machinery to produce high-quality components. Daily responsibilities include setting up and calibrating machines, monitoring operations, inspecting finished products for quality assurance, and adhering to safety and operational standards.

• Proficiency in operating and programming VMC machines and tools
• Understanding machining processes, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Quality assurance skills, including inspecting and measuring finished components accurately
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills for machinery
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in machinery or manufacturing
• Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
