Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior design projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site interior work, including carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing tasks.
- Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure design execution as per approved plans.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of each phase of the project.
- Maintain quality control and safety regulations on the job site.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports, work logs, and photographs.
- Handle material deliveries, check for quality and quantity, and manage site inventory.
- Resolve any site-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Project Management.
- Proven experience in project management within the interior design industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Someone who should have their own two wheeler.
- Having Zoho knowledge will be key point.
