Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Borivali. The Site Supervisor will manage daily on-site construction activities, oversee labor and contractor work, and ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising compliance with safety protocols, implementing material management processes, and resolving on-site issues efficiently. The role also involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and other teams to meet project objectives. PLEASE NOTE, REQUIREMENT IS URGENT. IMMEDIATE JOINING.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in site management, construction supervision, and labor coordination
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices in construction
• Experience in material management and project scheduling
• Effective problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings and blueprints
• Good communication and team coordination abilities
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site environment
