Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Textile Quality Control Chemist for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves conducting quality control tests, analyzing raw materials and finished products, calibrating laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The candidate will also assist in maintaining laboratory records and adhering to safety protocols while collaborating with the production team to ensure optimal output quality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Control processes and practices
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including handling samples and maintaining a clean workspace
• Analytical Skills to assess results and troubleshoot production issues
• Experience in using Laboratory Equipment and performing Calibration
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in the textile or leather dyeing industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in laboratory settings
