About the Role
Lord Krishna Builders is hiring a Site Engineer to supervise residential construction projects and ensure smooth execution at site. The candidate will manage site activities, contractor coordination, quality control, and progress monitoring to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
This role is ideal for civil engineers who want hands-on experience in villa and residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Site Supervision
- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and structural specifications.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
Contractor & Worker Coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Ensure smooth workflow and resolve site issues quickly.
- Maintain discipline and productivity at the site.
Quality & Safety Control
- Inspect construction works and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure safety procedures and site protocols are followed.
Progress Monitoring
- Track daily progress of work and report updates to management.
- Ensure construction activities follow the project timeline.
Material & Documentation
- Monitor site material usage and requirements.
- Maintain site reports, measurements, and work records.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in villa projects, residential buildings, or gated communities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously
Requirements
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years experience in construction site supervision.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Good site coordination and communication skills.
