Lord Krishna Builders is looking for an experienced Draftsman with 10 years of hands-on experience in construction drafting. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing accurate drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of design outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings
- Develop working drawings, permit drawings, and revisions
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams
- Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations (KSMART)
- Modify drawings based on site conditions and client requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
- Support project execution with timely updates and accuracy
Requirements
- 5years of experience in drafting (construction field)
- Working knowledge of BIM (Revit) preferred
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with KSMART / Kerala building permit drawings preferred
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and standards
- Good coordination, communication, and time management skills

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
