This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing on-site activities, overseeing project execution, and ensuring adherence to design plans and safety standards. Key responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, ensuring timely completion of assignments, preparing reports, monitoring compliance with regulations, and resolving any on-site challenges effectively. The Site Engineer will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality construction and engineering outcomes.

• Proficiency in construction site management, project planning, and on-site coordination.
• Technical expertise in reading and interpreting design plans, drawings, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and quality control practices.
• Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in construction or engineering projects is a strong asset.
