Role Description

This full-time Site Engineer role is on-site and located in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and meet the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to structural engineering designs, and maintaining strict quality control. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in on-site management and supervision in construction projects
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Expertise in quality control and ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards
• In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles and best practices
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work independently and solve on-site challenges effectively
• Previous experience in residential construction is a strong advantage
• Working knowledge of relevant software and tools for project management and design
