Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and teams, monitoring site operations, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Additionally, the role involves problem-solving on-site issues and providing clear progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site project management and execution
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
• Track day to day site activity, vendor management. Daily and wekly reports
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and solve real-time operational challenges
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with safety compliance and regulations
• Prior experience in commercial fit-outs or interior projects is advantageous
• BIll certification and detailed drawing analysis
• Weekend works
