Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to drive compelling in-store experiences through innovative design concepts and effective execution. The role involves developing impactful visual strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating across teams to ensure consistent brand presentation across all retail formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute store window concepts aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns
- Design focal points and atrium display concepts to enhance customer engagement and in-store storytelling
- Manage visual merchandising budgets, ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiency
- Create and implement planograms, ensuring consistency across all stores
- Provide clear guidelines and training for understanding and executing planograms effectively
- Lead new concept development for pillars, focal areas, and designer studios
- Conduct VM workshops and training sessions to upskill store and VM teams
- Support soft launches of new visual concepts, ensuring smooth rollouts
- Conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns (e.g., festive campaigns like Diwali)
- Ensure timely docket completion and coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution
- Collaborate with Cluster Visual Merchandisers (CVMs) for on-ground implementation and consistency

Preferred Qualifications:
