Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Site Management:
- Oversee daily site activities, including supervising labor, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
2. *Quality Control:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.
3. *Project Planning:
- Assist in developing project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
4. *Coordination:
- Liaise with architects,contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
5. *Problem-Solving:
- Identify and resolve site-related issues, including technical problems and conflicts with contractors or laborers.
6. *Safety Management:
- Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
7. *Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular site reports, including progress updates, safety reports, and quality control reports.
*Requirements:*
1. *Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2. *Experience:
- [Fresher/1-2 years] of experience in construction/site engineering.
3. *Skills:*
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other construction software.
4. *Certifications:
- Valid certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA) is an asset.
