Key Responsibilities:
- Construction Supervision: Oversee daily on-site construction activities related to civil structures, including, slabs, columns, foundations, etc.
- Technical Knowledge: Apply basic understanding of cement, concrete, bricks, and other construction materials in practical site work.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret architectural drawings, structural designs, and site plans to ensure accurate execution on-site.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure construction activities comply with company standards, specifications, and health & safety regulations.
- Maintenance Oversight: Manage and supervise day-to-day civil and Public Health Engineering (PHE) maintenance works across assigned properties or sites.
- Team Coordination: Supervise the work of maintenance teams and external contractors; ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Reporting: Maintain site logs, update progress reports, and communicate effectively with project management for updates or concerns.
Education & Experience:
- 2+ Years of relevant site experience.
- Diploma/ B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
