Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Product Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AVEVA PI Historian and OSIsoft PI Historian with a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of AVEVA PI Historian and OSIsoft PI Historian systems.
  • Oversee the integration of these systems with existing manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the systems.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for optimization.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the historian systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  • Support the development of best practices and standards for system usage.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring efficient and reliable data management.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with AVEVA PI Historian and OSIsoft PI Historian.
  • Should have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
  • Must possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have experience in system integration and data flow management.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Should have strong documentation and training skills.
  • Must be proactive in monitoring system performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Should have a good understanding of data integrity and security principles.
  • Must be able to gather and analyze business requirements effectively.
  • Should be familiar with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Must have experience in developing best practices and standards.
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
