Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM applications to support business requirements
- Perform regular troubleshooting and resolve any technical issues to ensure optimal application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions
- Design and implement Siebel workflows, business services, and integration objects
- Participate in code reviews and provide recommendations to improve code quality and efficiency
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation efforts within the Siebel environment
- Document configurations, customizations, and processes as part of solution delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Siebel Developer with a minimum of 6 years in Siebel CRM development
- In-depth understanding of Siebel Tools, Configuration, and Scripting
- Experience with Siebel EAI, Workflows, and Business Services
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL for database management and queries
- Familiarity with Siebel Open UI and customization
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
