Job Description:

*We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer with a strong background in Siebel Configuration, E-Scripting, Workflows, EAI, and Open UI.

*The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

*Perform Siebel configuration and development using Siebel Tools

*Design and implement Siebel workflows, business services, and scripts

*Develop and maintain Siebel EAI integrations using web services, VBCs, and integration objects

*Customize and support Siebel Open UI components and architecture

*Handle end-to-end Siebel CRM development lifecycle including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business goals

*Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of existing modules

*Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality practices

*Prepare technical documentation, unit test cases, and deployment instructions

Mandatory Skills:

*Siebel Configuration and Development

*Siebel E-Scripting

*Siebel Workflows

*Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)

*Siebel Open UI

*Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

*Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments

Good to Have:

*Experience with PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, or Python

*Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, OCI)

*Knowledge of Siebel Upgrade/Migration

*Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

*Siebel certifications (optional but preferred)
