ShowRoom Manager/ Asst Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and support overall showroom operations in a jewellery retail environment. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall showroom operations and daily activities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Lead, supervise, and support showroom staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive product displays
• Ensure accurate billing and proper cash handling
• Support floor management and sales team coordination
• Prepare daily sales reports and MIS updates
• Assist management in business development and promotional activities
• Ensure discipline, grooming, and productivity of staff
