Billing/Cashier

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Executive / Cashier to handle billing operations and cash transactions in our jewellery showroom. The candidate will ensure accurate billing, smooth payment processing, and proper financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate bills and invoices for customer purchases
• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions
• Operate billing software and POS systems efficiently
• Ensure proper cash handling and end-of-day cash reconciliation
• Maintain daily billing and cash reports
• Verify billing details and ensure accuracy in transactions
• Coordinate with sales team for smooth billing process
• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices
• Follow company financial policies and procedures
