Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and performance KPIs
• Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and showroom presentation standards
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity
• Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts for management review
