About the Role
We're hiring a Short Form Video Editor to craft fast-paced, scroll-stopping content that drives massive engagement and retention across multiple social media accounts.
What You'll Do
- Edit high-retention, fast-paced short-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro (or equivalent tools)
- Design and animate engaging captions, graphics, and kinetic typography
- Execute high-energy transitions and impactful sound design to keep scrollers hooked
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to optimize content for platform algorithms
- Manage multiple project timelines and implement feedback rapidly
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with deep expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software
- Mastery of short-form ecosystems (Reels, Shorts) and algorithm-friendly editing
- Strong text knowledge, hyper-paced editing skills, and an eye for seamless transitions
- Deep passion for pop culture, creator trends, and viral video mechanics
- Sharp, responsible, highly creative, and capable of consistently hitting fast turnarounds
