We are seeking a Sales Head - Mobile to lead business growth for the mobile advertising vertical across India and International markets (APAC, MENA, North America, and Europe).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, brand stories, product showcases, reels, short-form videos, explainer videos, events and social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Work with marketing, sales and product teams to produce engaging CTV, programmatic and digital-first creatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs.
- Design impactful digital and print creatives as per request. (social media posts, infographics, emailers, newsletters, presentations, event collaterals, website banners, ads).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support storytelling with compelling designs.
- Translate marketing objectives into visual narratives that captivate audiences.
- Stay updated on design trends, animation, emerging creative tools and techniques and video trends relevant to AdTech & digital marketing.
- Provide creative direction and shoot for campaign launches, corporate videos, and event promotions.
- Manage colour grading, audio mixing, subtitling, and final output in appropriate formats and resolutions.
- Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and meet platform-specific technical requirements.
Key Requirements- 2+ years of proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video edits, and graphic design projects.
- Experience in creating digital-first content for marketing, social and advertising campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual innovation.
