Shift Engineer

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and related equipment

• Ensure proper installation and compliance with engineering standards

• Inspect and maintain motors, pumps, belts, and mechanical components

• Handle lubrication, alignment, and replacement of worn-out parts

• Maintain chillers, AHUs, exhaust systems, and ventilation systems

• Prepare 52-week maintenance schedules and shift duty rosters

• Monitor chiller load calculations and optimize system performance

• Track BTU consumption and energy usage across client areas

• Maintain detailed records of HVAC equipment performance and maintenance logs

• Prepare daily and monthly maintenance checklists and reports (MMR updates)

• Coordinate with vendors for AMC compliance and preventive maintenance

• Ensure availability of spare parts and HVAC consumables

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues immediately

• Maintain BMS system functionality and updates

• Prepare work orders, indent requests, and consumption reports

• Supervise HVAC technicians and assign daily tasks

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures

• Maintain documentation for audits and reporting
