We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Advanced AI Engr to provide expert-level technical leadership in the design and development of AI algorithms, models, and systems at Sparta Systems. As a subject matter expert, you will drive critical AI initiatives, explore and implement cutting-edge methodologies, and foster technical excellence within the organization, playing a key role in shaping the future of AI technology.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex AI solutions to address specific business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Work directly with product managers and business leaders to understand requirements and align AI initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Act as the subject matter expert for technical AI projects, providing direction on exploring and implementing methodologies and best practices.
Skills Requirement:
- Expertise in designing and training advanced Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) for Computer Vision and Generative AI (GenAI).
- Applied experience with Transformers, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and Diffusion Models.
- Mastery of Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Skilled in key libraries such as Hugging Face (Transformers, Diffusers), OpenCV, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools, including MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficient with cloud AI services on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Experience with high-performance inference optimization using frameworks like NVIDIA TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, or OpenVINO to accelerate model deployment is a plus.
- Strong leadership and management skills.

QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, AI, Electronics, Electrical, Mathematics, or related fields.
