This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect in India.

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across ITAM, Discovery, and CMDB domains. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, translating complex business requirements into effective, scalable ServiceNow solutions. The role combines hands-on customization, integration expertise, and team leadership, guiding engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality implementations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, provide technical governance, and ensure alignment with best practices. With a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and mentoring, this position offers the opportunity to shape enterprise ServiceNow deployments and deliver measurable business impact.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with clients, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather and translate system requirements for ITAM (SAM & HAM), Discovery, and CMDB.
  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow customizations and integrations to meet functional and technical needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to project teams, including peer reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • Facilitate rollout of new modules and applications, ensuring smooth adoption and operational effectiveness.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, update set promotions, and resolution of production incidents.
  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and technical design documents to ensure consistency and governance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development, specifically in ITAM, Discovery, and CMDB.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, technical architecture, and integrations using web services and data extraction technologies.
  • Experience creating technical design documents, implementing best practices, and providing technical oversight for large-scale projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, including obtaining relevant ServiceNow certifications; preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, and CAD.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to mentor team members and interact with clients effectively.
