Description: Seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC/ specialist to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade risk and compliance solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business risk requirements and technical platform capabilities, leveraging advanced ServiceNow features such as Advanced Risk Assessment, and complex system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Module Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the GRC/IRM suite, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
- Advanced Risk Architecture: Design and configure complex risk scoring methodologies, Advanced Risk Assessments (ARA), and Entity Scoping frameworks.
- Platform Development: Develop high-quality custom solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
- System Integration: Architect and maintain robust integrations with external tools (e.g., security scanners, cloud providers) using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- User Experience: Design modern dashboards, Workspaces, and Service Portals to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into risk posture and compliance status.
- Regulatory Alignment: Map technical configurations to global frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and SOX.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 38 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, with a primary focus on GRC module.
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced ServiceNow scripting (Server/Client side) and Service Portal development.
- Expertise in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its relationship to GRC entities.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements from senior stakeholders (Audit, Legal, Security), and produce detailed technical documentation.
Certifications (Mandatory & Preferred)
- CSA: Certified System Administrator (Mandatory).
- CIS-Risk and Compliance: Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (Highly Preferred).
- CAD: Certified Application Developer (Preferred).
