Job description

• Design and Development:Develop and implement custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on third-party security tools.
• Integration:Work with various security tools, including Microsoft 365, Google Chronicle, Google Security Operations SOAR, Microsoft Defender, Qualys, Power Automate, Okta, Delinea, and Sentinel, to integrate them with ServiceNow, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Configuration:Configure ServiceNow modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and others as needed.
• Collaboration:Collaborate with security teams, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Testing and Validation:Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrations to ensure they meet security and performance standards.
• Documentation:Create and maintain detailed documentation for integrations, configurations, and customizations.
• Support:Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integrated solutions, addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on security integrations.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow development tools. Experience with security tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Chronicle, Google Security Operations SOAR, Microsoft Defender, Qualys, Power Automate, Okta, Delinea, and Sentinel.
• Certifications:ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
• Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
