Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Implement modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Customize UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Workflows, and other configurations.

Solution Implementation

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Deliver solutions that are scalable and aligned with ITIL best practices.
Perform unit testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Platform Optimization

Identify areas of improvement and implement enhancements to streamline processes.
Maintain system efficiency and ensure up-to-date documentation of changes and implementations.

Collaboration and Support

Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business users for smooth project execution.
Provide support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow environments and configurations.
