Job Description:
- Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM Business process consulting, IRM & VRCC, implementation in ServiceNow, Architecture /design end to end platform rollout & define roadmaps for business growth with existing customer base
- Knowledge of web-based system architecture, Service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience in managing expectations and priorities.
- Must demonstrate good judgement and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
- At least 5+ years experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery, ITAM implementation
- Must have done multiple API based, Plugin based, Orchestration based integrations between ServiceNow and other COTS products
- Should have good knowledge on Service Portal widget development, customization and creation of Service portal from scratch based on customer requirement and UI designer input
- At least 6 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/ Solutions evaluation/validation and deployment
- Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution
- Lead ServiceNow implementation in a domain separated environment and multi-vendor environment
