Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Build integrations using REST APIs and implement ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with business needs
  • Work hands-on with coding, platform upgrades, and ServiceNow UI/UX components

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and platform scripting
  • Implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs and other integration methods
  • Write optimized, maintainable code and follow best practices for ServiceNow development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform upgrades and incorporate new features effectively
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow applications for performance and usability
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation of development activities

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of overall industry experience, with at least 6 years in ServiceNow
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in integrations (REST APIs, web services, etc.)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in custom application development on ServiceNow
  • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coding abilities

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow Portal and UI Builder
  • Exposure to ServiceNow Performance Analytics
