Responsibilities
- Implementation, enhancements and support of the on-prem ServiceNow platform, covering infrastructure, applications, integrations, Kafka messaging, and related components.
- Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, FSM, CSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Develop and maintain third-party integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues and ensure system stability and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to operational best practices, security policies, and platform governance standards.
- Prepare documentation, runbooks, and operational guides for internal teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, FSM, CSM, CMDB, CSDM, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Solid understanding of operations management best practices for on-premise ServiceNow deployments.
- Experience with environment patching, platform upgrades, and instance cloning.
- Exposure to SecOps and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work across infrastructure and application layers.
- Good understanding of APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in on-call rotations and handle high-severity incidents professionally.
