Exp: 6 to 8 Years

Location: PAN India

Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions within core modules: ITSM, Custom Applications, and ITOM.
• Service Catalog Management: Build and maintain Service Catalogs, including the creation of Record Producers and Order Guides.
• Automation: Automate business processes using Flow Designer and scripting.
• Integration: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs.
• Modern Experiences: Implement and configure advanced features such as Portal & Widget customization, Virtual Agent (Chatbot), and Now Mobile applications.
• Support: Troubleshoot issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure overall platform health and security compliance.

Basic Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
• Experience with Service Catalog design, Record Producers, and Order Guides.
• Strong knowledge of core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML).
• Understanding of the ServiceNow data model and database structure.
• Proven knowledge with system Integration via REST web services.
