ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, integrations, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM along with strong scripting and integration capabilities.

Candidates with relevant ServiceNow certifications are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Items.
• Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules as per business requirements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams for solution delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

• Experience with Service Portal and Catalog Development.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Exposure to enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and integrations.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
