Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules including Idea, Demand, Project, Program, and Portfolio Management.
Configure and support Resource and Time Tracking and Financial Planning (if enabled).
Work with Agile 2.0 elements such as Scrum Programs, Epics, and Stories.
Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server-side scripts.
Integrate SPM with related modules such as ITBM, APM, CMDB, and ITSM.
Build dashboards and reports to track portfolio performance, project health, and resource utilization.
Conduct unit testing, support UAT activities, and prepare deployment documentation.
Support data migration efforts including import sets and transform maps.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
