Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Associate-2 to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or development, and will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, configuration, and support of ServiceNow applications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules and applications.
- Provide support in incident management, change management, and problem management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications.
- Create and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Participate in training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or development.
- Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of GlideScript.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
