Design and implement new functionality using Variable sets, Forms design, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Access Lists, Workflow Activities, Script Includes, Flows ,etc. Develop and deliver customized portal web pages with custom widgets inServiceNow portal using Bootstrap and AngularJS JavaScript frameworks. Service Catalog and Request Workflow Design and Configuration.
