Looking for a contract ServiceNow Developer with expertise in agentic AI to build autonomous workflows and AI capabilities on the platform. This short-term/project-based role emphasizes rapid delivery of intelligent automation solutions using ServiceNow's latest AI features.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop agentic workflows with ServiceNow AI tools like Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and custom AI agents skills.

- Create custom skills, conversational agents, and integrations with external LLMs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) for decision-making and orchestration.

- Implement Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and APIs for ITSM, ITOM, or CSM automation.

- Optimize AI-driven processes for performance, testing, and scalability in enterprise environments.

- Document configurations and collaborate with stakeholders for quick iterations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer. - Hands-on with ServiceNow AI: Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Agent Studio, or custom GenAI skills.

- Experience in agentic AI architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, MID Server, and workflow automation best practices.

Contract Details

- Duration: Project-based (3-6 months, extendable).
