ServiceNow Developer – Service Portal Implementation

Technozis is hiring experienced ServiceNow professionals with strong expertise in Service Portal development, ITSM, and integrations.
We are looking for hands-on developers who can design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portal using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow Widget framework
- Develop and maintain custom widgets, pages, and UI components
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
- Collaborate with ITOM teams on Discovery and Event Management initiatives
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and documentation
- Ensure platform stability, performance optimization, and adherence to governance standards
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
- Support IT Asset Management modules where required
- Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements
