ServiceNow Developer – Service Portal Implementation

Locations: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Chennai

Experience: 7–12 Years

Compensation: Up to 35 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days

Technozis is hiring experienced ServiceNow professionals with strong expertise in Service Portal development, ITSM, and integrations.

We are looking for hands-on developers who can design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portal using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow Widget framework
  • Develop and maintain custom widgets, pages, and UI components
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
  • Collaborate with ITOM teams on Discovery and Event Management initiatives
  • Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and documentation
  • Ensure platform stability, performance optimization, and adherence to governance standards
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
  • Support IT Asset Management modules where required
  • Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements
