Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ITSM or ITOM modules to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, scripting using JavaScript, and the ability to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance business workflows and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, especially in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) or ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping) modules.
Design and implement scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and UI policies to support business requirements.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and MID Servers.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance processes.
Maintain documentation related to design, configuration, and customizations.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong expertise in ITSM or ITOM modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Good understanding of ServiceNow data models, flows, and UI components.
Knowledge of update sets, ACLs, and workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Experience with Flow Designer and Orchestration.
Familiarity with Agile development practices
