Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of extensive experience with ServiceNow, capable of leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
You Are Great At
- Leading the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business processes.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participating and leading Agile/Scrum development processes, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Performing advanced troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Creating and managing comprehensive documentation for all development activities.
What It Takes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).
- Proven track record of implementing ITSM processes and solutions.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
