Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of extensive experience with ServiceNow, capable of leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

You Are Great At

  • Leading the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Designing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business processes.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participating and leading Agile/Scrum development processes, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Performing advanced troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Creating and managing comprehensive documentation for all development activities.

What It Takes

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.).
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).
  • Proven track record of implementing ITSM processes and solutions.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
