Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements
Provide ongoing technical support and resolve application-related issues
Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI components
Implement and maintain CMDB structures and related configurations
Develop scripts and automation using ServiceNow scripting capabilities
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to solution discussions
Maintain documentation for application design, development, and support processes
Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices
