Job Description:
- Following rapid expansion of new name clients into the SaaS ServiceNow practice, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer that has solid and progressive consulting experience and a proven record of successful ServiceNow engagements.
Role and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in custom application development, ServiceNow integrations, Workspaces, and portal configurations, and ServiceNow modules including Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Partner Relationship Management (PRM). You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that enhance business processes and improve the overall user experience.
- Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end.
In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications based on business needs.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow Workspaces and portals to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules such as CSM, FSM, and PRM.
- Customize forms, workflows, client scripts, UI policies, and dashboards for various modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance for applications and integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation for all customizations, integrations, and configurations.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and ITIL guidelines.
- Lead development using server-side and client-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
- Architect reusable components, sub flows, and integrations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Develop and maintain Scripted REST APIs and integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP, OAuth 2.0, and MID Server
- Build modern user experiences using UI Builder, Workspaces, and the Now Experience Framework
- Implement secure access using roles, ACLs, and application scoping.
- Skills and Experience about experience with Agile and it's ceremonies.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with custom application development.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Integration (REST, SOAP, LDAP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in developing and configuring Workspaces and portals.
- Experience implementing and supporting CSM, FSM, and PRM modules.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or HR Service Delivery modules is a plus.
