We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, who can configure and customize ServiceNow applications, develop scripts and integrations, and implement ITOM and SAM modules to enhance IT operations and asset management across the organization.

Primary Skills/Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) implementations.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB to improve infrastructure visibility and operational efficiency.
• Implemented and configured ServiceNow SAM solutions for software license tracking, compliance management, and optimization of software usage across the enterprise.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience in CMDB data modeling, data normalization, and governance, ensuring accurate configuration management and asset lifecycle management.
• Worked closely with infrastructure teams, asset managers, and stakeholders in Agile environments to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions and automate IT operations processes.
