Role - ServiceNow Senior Developer (ITSM)

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Sr. Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and have a proven track record of successful implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Provide expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs.
- Design technical solutions in various modules of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
- Develop using Predictive Intelligence for the auto routing tickets
- Perform routine system administration tasks, including user management, access control, and data maintenance.
- Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party applications.
- Collaborate with the technical team to plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, providing recommendations for adoption where applicable.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
- Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Sr. Developer/Solution Architect for 10 to 14 years with multiple successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript.
- Ability to design and implement integrations with third-party systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
