Implementation, enhancements and support of the on-prem ServiceNow platform, covering infrastructure, applications, integrations, Kafka messaging, and related components.
Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, FSM, CSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
Develop and maintain third-party integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues and ensure system stability and availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
Ensure adherence to operational best practices, security policies, and platform governance standards.
Prepare documentation, runbooks, and operational guides for internal teams.
Requirements
6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation.
Strong expertise in ITSM, FSM, CSM, CMDB, CSDM, and integrations with third-party systems.
Solid understanding of operations management best practices for on-premise ServiceNow deployments.
Experience with environment patching, platform upgrades, and instance cloning.
Exposure to SecOps and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work across infrastructure and application layers.
Good understanding of APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in on-call rotations and handle high-severity incidents professionally.
