Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligned with business strategy and best practices.
• Develop and customize advanced ITOM functionalities, including scripting for Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and Integration Hub workflows.
• Provide expert guidance on CSDM and ensure CMDB data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation while defining strategies for maintaining CMDB health.
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow ITOM and third-party monitoring, cloud, and infrastructure tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-module ITOM issues and proactively optimize existing ITOM capabilities for performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and evaluate new releases and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions and communicate effectively across audiences.
• Create and maintain high-level and detailed technical documentation, ensuring all development follows governance and organizational standards.
