Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligning with best practices.
Customize and develop advanced ITOM functionalities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
Maintain CMDB health, CSDM compliance, and data integrity.
Architect integrations with monitoring and cloud platforms like Splunk, SolarWinds, AWS, and Azure.
Troubleshoot complex ITOM issues and optimize performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards.
