We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including CMDB, and proven development skills in ServiceNow scripting and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure and customize core ITSM applications, including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Client Scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and support for ServiceNow applications.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM modules.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Development including: Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, Scripting (JavaScript Glide APIs).
• Integration Experience: Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Exposure to IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Workspaces.
